Senior Jack Wallace tied for 23rd place
Golf Places 11th at Lacrosse Homes Invitational Hosted by Towson

The Drexel golf team played this past weekend at the Lacrosse Homes Collegiate Invitational hosted by Towson University. The Dragons, playing in just their second tournament of the spring, finished in 11th place in the 21 team field.
The Dragons played well in the second round. They fired a 299, thing them for the fifth best score of the afternoon, after shooting a 311 on day one. Junior Steve Ransom (Cape May, N.J./Lower Cape May), had a on-under-par 71 in the second round. It tied him for the sixth best score of the day.
Senior Jack Wallace (Beverly, N.J./Rancocas Valley) was Drexel's top finisher overall. He had a 76 on day one and fired a 74 in the final round for a 150. That score tied him for 23rd overall. Freshman Frank Petrash (Hatboro, Pa./Hatboro-Horsham) opened the tournament with a 74 and finished at 152. Ransom cared a 153, while Myles Vlachos (Monrovia, Md./Urbina) had a 155.
The Dragons are back on the course on Friday at the Navy Invitational.
